ALS Support Group

Are you or a loved one living with ALS? It's important to have community and support around. The ALS Association has groups in their Evergreen Chapter dedicated to  walking alongside you trough trials and victories.  Meetings often have educational presentations or representatives for resources in the area that are beneficial to those living with the disease as well as a time for story and experience sharing. Meals on Wheels for Seniors

              Eligibility for home delivered meals is based on people who meet the criteria of being 60 or older, unable to cook for themselves, lack someone to cook for them, and confined to their home with the inability to get out on their own. Those who qualify may help support the program by voluntary donations. The recommended amount is $3-$6 depending on your ability to pay.
