2018 Diets: Yay or Nay?

A new diet fad seems to come around every few months. It can be quite difficult to figure out what is good for you, as each person is very unique. The science behind most diets is questionable at best, yet we all have a friend who lost 10 lbs doing some new trendy juice cleanse or tea fast. Just because there might be weight loss results doesn’t mean its a healthy thing to do. So here are some diets that seem to be pretty popular right now that you can do a little research and see if they are right for you or not.
